Stable JSON endpoints for AgentUtils Paste. Every failure uses application/problem+json. Anonymous limits are deliberate and webhook management tokens are bearer secrets.

Authentication

Paste, header-check, and webhook creation or capture are anonymous. Webhook management operations use the one-time capability returned when the bin is created:

Availability

AgentUtils is a no-cost public beta on hard free-tier limits. Dynamic operations may become unavailable until the platform resets at 00:00 UTC. Clients should honor 429, 507, and Retry-After.
